Some skills required for being successful in business do have application in government. Not these people,” said Ken Duberstein, who was Ronald Reagan’s White House chief of staff. “The working assumption is that every Cabinet officer gets captured by his bureaucracy within a year, a year and a half. Those are good.Others insist that these unconventional personnel decisions are the best evidence of how serious Trump is about making Washington run more efficiently, like a business. They do have other free classes now and then. I'm giving it a higher rating because of that. When something like that happens and mgmt doesn't respond, well that's not a good thing. I couldn't get the teachers' attentions (absolutely no reflection on them, great guys, very busy and had another class after) to get it resolved right then and wasn't going to make a scene in front of the class. I had someone move my stuff and put their stuff on mine in one of the classes and refused to move, told me wait. I also had an issue that was never addressed, with constant trying to get someone in the store to address it. You lose a huge benefit there if you take classes and seeing that no refund or extension on membership would happen, solidified my choice to move on to a place about 4x cheaper. The fire they had part way thru the membership, and mgmt never addressing that those of us who paid quite a bit for 50% off classes and then no classes for months, would get an extension on that membership, that's probably something folks need to know about. Yes, everything is really nice there, but for the prices, I'm not the only one who said we will not come back once the membership runs out. Even 4 months into the membership, I was talking with others about going to Superior once mine ran out. Being a member helps but a premier membership, after taking all the classes, just wasn't worth it. I did buy a few times from there when I sort of had too, but otherwise, the other places are cheaper: buy there, just down the street or at Lynnhaven. Even when I was a member, I would go to Superior or order from Defender Ammunition in NC: even with shipping, it was cheaper. Not dependent on the # of folks all the time either. It is spotty, some days its really good, and some days not there. Have to agree on the customer service issues indicated below. I don't think I'll be going back to make any more purchases after this initial experience, I'll just continue shopping at Bobs gun shop in Norfolk, Virgina. Jeff is very arrogant and shouldn't be working in customer service PERIOD. He then proceeded to walk down the hall appearing unbothered by her statements. She then stated to him that he shouldn't be leaving customers to which whom he is working with unattended and needed to grab another employee to assist with background check completion if he needed to do so. She proceeded to look down then hall and sees Jeff taking a break. She then proceeded to ask whom I was working with, I stated "Jeff". She assisted me as much as possible, considering there were 3 others she had been assisting. He left me there un-attended, having to ask a young lady for assistance. He then proceeded to take me to the rear of the store to do the background check. The entire time Jeff had an attitude by way of his body language, stance, and facial expressions. I tried to describe Scott as best as possible forgetting his name completely. I asked if the manager was in because he'd sold me a Saint Victor two days ago and I wanted to pay the layaway off. I was greeted by a rude salesperson named Jeff. I placed the item on Layaway for 2 days and came back to pay it off. He showed me a few options in which I chose the Springfield Saint Victor. I told him I was in the market for an AR10 chamber in. Scott the manager came over and asked if I needed any assistance.
